Do you know the history of this shop?

Recently we received an email from Peter, an Austin Healey owner, who wandered into a mattress shop on old Cleveland Road in Brisbane and found an familiar logo embedded in the floor.

The shop is opposite Bennett’s Road. Peter recalls it previoulsy being a Volvo dealership in the 80’s, but was wondering if members or anyone else, may have knowledge of it being an Austin dealership?

It is a cool bit of Austin history. The owner of the shop told Peter that he plans to have it polished and sealed in the near future. Maybe it could be a stop for a forthcoming club run?
